Just started officially volunteering at a center for kids to observe OT on Wednesday. It didn't go as well as hoped. Usual quiet me felt uncomfortable and lost in new places. Much rather blend in with the walls and not get noticed. Must work on this and improve social skills in foreign settings to make self memorable. Ok this is like a note to self post. Well I was nervous and excited. But I guess it's time to really take initiation to get what I want.
Well one more news. I applied to the nursing program at PCC in feb. Today I received an email that I am chosen as an alternate. Meaning that I may still have a chance to be accepted. That all depends on how many people drop out and how many people are on the waiting list with me.
Perhaps this is a positive sign.
